To use the PackHero warehouse (web) app, all you need is an internet connected device with a web browser. For workstations with connected printers we'd recommend using a desktop or laptop computer. For mobile warehouse tasks we'd recommend an android phone or tablet. For faster barcode scanning we recommend connecting a bluetooth scanner to these devices.
Your PackHero account can be setup the same day, but you will need to setup your warehouse and how long that takes depends on your specific needs. Typically this can be done within one to four weeks. Our specialist onboarding team will guide you through what needs to be done and get you up to speed.
