PackHero’s (“we”, “our” or “us”) website(s) (our “Site” or “Sites”) and related services are made available to you in accordance with the following Terms of Service and any other rules posted on our Sites. If you do not wish to be bound by these Terms of Service you are advised not to use the Site or any related services.

You must be at least 18 years old and be legally capable of entering into binding contracts to be able to use our services. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company or other legal entity or person, your continued use represents to us that you have the authority to bind such entity or person to these Terms of Service.

If a term in this document is held to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, that term shall be deemed severed and won’t apply. The remaining terms shall not be affected, and will remain valid and enforceable.

We may modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any modifications will take effect on the date we publish them on the Site.

If you breach these terms we reserve the right to take action against you, even if we don’t do so immediately we are still entitled to enforce our rights in respect of that breach or any subsequent breach.

Use of personal information

In using the Site you agree to be bound by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms of Service. Any personal information (including sensitive information) you provide through using the Site or any related service will be dealt with in accordance with our Privacy Policy.


To use some of the services or features made available to you on the Site you will need to register. When you register you are required to provide information about yourself that is true, accurate, current, and complete in all respects.

The account password you provide should be unique and kept secure, and you must notify us immediately of any breach of security or unauthorised use of your account.

We retain the right at our sole discretion to deny access to all or parts of the Site, to close down accounts of users and change any eligibility criteria at any time and for whatsoever reason.

Fees and payment

You are required to pay in advance a fee to access the services and access will not be available until payment has been accepted by us and funds have cleared.

We accept payment via Bank Transfer (BACS) or Debit/Credit Card. Payments can be made online through Stripe, who will take payment via a secure server (SSL) connection that protects a user’s payment details. We do not have access to the payment details for a transaction carried out via the Site. If you wish to discuss alternative payment options you should contact us.

We reserve the right to correct any errors or mistakes in pricing, even if we have already requested or received payment, and to notify you of any pricing changes by posting these on the Site. All prices are exclusive of UK VAT which is chargeable at 20%.

If your purchase is subject to recurring charges, then you consent to our charging your payment method on a recurring basis without requiring your prior approval for each recurring charge, until you notify us of your cancellation. We also reserve the right to refuse any order placed through the Site.


You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account or contacting us using the contact information provided below. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid term.

Site management

We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to:

  • monitor the Site for violations of these Terms of Service
  • take appropriate legal action against anyone who, in our sole discretion, violates the law or these Terms of Service, including without limitation, reporting such user to law enforcement authorities
  • in our sole discretion and without limitation, refuse, restrict access to, limit the availability of, or disable (to the extent technologically feasible) any of your Contributions or any portion thereof
  • in our sole discretion and without limitation, notice, or liability, to remove from the Site or otherwise disable all files and content that are excessive in size or are in any way burdensome to our systems
  • otherwise manage the Site in a manner designed to protect our rights and property and to facilitate the proper functioning of the Site


We may terminate your access to the Sites or any related services at any time. All disclaimers, indemnities and exclusions set out in this document will continue after termination.

If we terminate or suspend your account for any reason, you are prohibited from registering and creating a new account under your name, a fake or borrowed name, or the name of any third party, even if you may be acting on behalf of the third party. In addition to terminating or suspending your account, we reserve the right to take appropriate legal action, including without limitation pursuing civil, criminal, and injunctive redress.

Limitations of liability

In no event will we or our directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, loss of data, or other damages arising from your use of the site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, our liability to you for any cause whatsoever and regardless of the form of the action, will at all times be limited to the amount paid, if any, by you to us during the six (6) month period prior to any cause of action arising. Certain US state laws and international laws do not allow limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. If these laws apply to you, some or all of the above disclaimers or limitations may not apply to you, and you may have additional rights.

Modifications and interruptions

We reserve the right to change, modify, or remove the contents of the Site at any time or for any reason at our sole discretion without notice. However, we have no obligation to update any information on our Site. We also reserve the right to modify or discontinue all or part of the Site without notice at any time. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Site.

We cannot guarantee the Site will be available at all times. We may experience hardware, software, or other problems or need to perform maintenance related to the Site, resulting in interruptions, delays, or errors. We reserve the right to change, revise, update, suspend, discontinue, or otherwise modify the Site at any time or for any reason without notice to you. You agree that we have no liability whatsoever for any loss, damage, or inconvenience caused by your inability to access or use the Site during any downtime or discontinuance of the Site. Nothing in these Terms of Service will be construed to obligate us to maintain and support the Site or to supply any corrections, updates, or releases in connection therewith.


There may be information on the Site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, including descriptions, pricing, availability, and various other information. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update the information on the Sites at any time, without prior notice.

User data

We will maintain certain data that you transmit to the Site for the purpose of managing the performance of the Site, as well as data relating to your use of the Site. Although we perform regular routine backups of data, you are solely responsible for all data that you transmit or that relates to any activity you have undertaken using the Site. You agree that we shall have no liability to you for any loss or corruption of any such data, and you hereby waive any right of action against us arising from any such loss or corruption of such data.

Electronic communications, transactions, and signatures

Visiting the Site, sending us emails, and completing online forms constitute electronic communications. You consent to receive electronic communications, and you agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications we provide to you electronically, via email and on the Site, satisfy any legal requirement that such communication be in writing. You hereby agree to the use of electronic signatures, contracts, orders, and other records, and to electronic delivery of notices, policies, and records of transactions initiated or completed by us or via the site. You hereby waive any rights or requirements under any statutes, regulations, rules, ordinances, or other laws in any jurisdiction which require an original signature or delivery or retention of non-electronic records, or to payments or the granting of credits by any means other than electronic means.


You acknowledge and agree that any questions, comments, suggestions, ideas, feedback, or other information regarding the Site ("Submissions") provided by you to us are non-confidential and shall become our sole property. We shall own exclusive rights, including all intellectual property rights, and shall be entitled to the unrestricted use and dissemination of these Submissions for any lawful purpose, commercial or otherwise, without acknowledgment or compensation to you. You hereby waive all moral rights to any such Submissions, and you hereby warrant that any such Submissions are original with you or that you have the right to submit such Submissions. You agree there shall be no recourse against us for any alleged or actual infringement or misappropriation of any proprietary right in your Submissions.

Our relationship

Nothing in these Terms of Service shall constitute or be deemed to constitute a partnership, joint venture, agency or other fiduciary relationship other than the contractual relationship expressly provided for in these Terms of Service.

You agree that you may not and will not hold yourself out as a representative, agent, or employee of PackHero, and we shall not be liable for any representation, act, or omission on your part.

Third parties

We may include hyperlinks on the Sites to other websites or resources operated by parties other than PackHero, including advertisers. We have not reviewed all of the sites linked to our Sites and are not responsible for the content or accuracy of any off-site pages nor are we responsible for the availability of such external websites or resources, and do not endorse and are not responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for the privacy practices or the content of such websites, including (without limitation) any advertising, products or other materials or services on or available from such websites or resources, nor for any damage, loss or offence caused or alleged to be caused by, or in connection with, the use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on such external websites or resources.

Acts of God

We shall have no liability to you if the service is delayed or prevented by events, acts, accidents beyond our control, including (but not limited to) an act of war, riot, civil commotion, fire, pandemic, flood, storm and breakdown of machinery, failure of utility service or delays in transport network.

Governing law and jurisdiction

The terms in this document are governed by the law of England and Wales and subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
